3. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.
4. PAYMENT
You can pay for your online order through Mastercard, VISA, Maestro. Additional transfer costs for bank transfers from abroad are borne by the buyer.
5. DELIVERY TIME
All products are in stock unless stated otherwise. Shipping estimations are clearly stated in relation to each product on the website. Orders for shipping within and outside Europe are processed immediately. Depending on the courier, the delivery time in Europe is 2 to 7 working days.
6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR PARCELS
Shipping costs are free for all European deliveries.
7. DAMAGED GOODS
If your package is damaged during shipment and the contents are broken or damaged, send a photo of the damaged package, the damaged goods, and your order number to office@terradomo.shop so we can address the issue promptly.
8. RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Before returning your purchase, please send an email with the track-and-trace code to office@terradomo.shop so we know your parcel is on its way. After the 14-day period, we cannot accept returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you're returning a high-value product, we recommend insuring the shipment. Items showing signs of use, scratches, or other damages will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please use the original shipping box or another sturdy box for returns, and include the return form inside. Once we process your return, you'll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days. The return address is:

9. REFUNDS
After receiving your return, we'll inspect the products and send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you're returning a high-value order, we recommend insuring the shipment, as we won't refund items that are damaged during return shipping.
10. EXCHANGES
Items can only be returned for a refund. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item or size.
