Tables - Our lovely stone tables are made to order and each production time is stated within the specifications of the individual product listing. Orders are placed for production within 2 to 4 business days after order receival. All items are shipped in crates with special care for the fragility of the parcel. Shipping costs are included within the item pricing, no additional charge will be added to your order total.

Decorations - All décor pieces are available in stock unless stated otherwise in the individual product listing page. Shipments are processed and sent within 2 to 4 business days after order and arrive within 1 business week after shipping.

Please note that currently Terra.Domo ships ONLY to countries within the European Union

Payments - we accept Visa, Mastercard and other card payment methods and are servicing our transactions through Stripe

Returns - We accept returns within 14 days of arrival of your order. Please note return shipping costs are handled by the customer.

Damaged items in transportation - in the rare case of a damaged item, please send a picture to office@terradomo.shop along with your order number and we will immediately get in touch to solve the problem
